Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative and engaging lessons in English Language and Literature at KS3 and KS4

• Plan, prepare, and assess student progress in line with curriculum requirements

• Build a positive, inclusive classroom where every student feels valued

• Inspire curiosity, debate, and creativity in your teaching

• Manage behaviour confidently to maintain a purposeful learning environment

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to wider school life

• QTS with an English specialism (ECTs welcome to apply)
