NPPV3 Network Engineer - 3 months - Midlands We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with active NPPV3 clearance to support a secure public-sector network environment. The engineer will assist with network operations, troubleshooting, and project delivery across enterprise network infrastructure. This role will involve working within a secure environment supporting high-availability networks used by policing or law enforcement partners, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance with government standards. Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and data centre environments Implement and troubleshoot routing, switching, and Firewall configurations Perform incident response and root cause analysis for network issues Support network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure changes Work within secure policing environments adhering to NPPV security requirements Document network designs, procedures, and operational changes Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams Participate in change management processes (ITIL aligned) Required Skills andamp; Experience: Active NPPV3 clearance Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies Expertise in routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP) Experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN environments Strong troubleshooting skills in complex network environments Familiarity with network monitoring tools Experience with Firewalls (Cisco ASA, ..... full job details .....
