Our client is now looking for a passionate, and dedicated Youth Work Development Manager to oversee a broad range of youth-focused services across London. This is a crucial role within our client''s youth team and is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in the sector. As Youth Work Development Manager you will oversee and develop the day to day running of all services for young people aged 11- 25, with a focus on those facing disadvantage. Services range from sports-related activities, employability services and school-based projects. You will oversee a small team of 5 frontline staff, ensuring that your team are suitably supported so that they can then deliver the highest quality of support to young people. Your role will also focus on developing and implementing new services, working creatively to ensure the sustainability and positive impact of the overall department.
