Class 2 ADR Mini Bulk Tanker Driver (Seasonal)

Salary: £36,000 per annum (pro rata) 18,000 over 6 months
Start Time: Typically 05:00
Contract: 6-month fixed-term
Manpower is recruiting a Class 2 ADR Mini Bulk Tanker Driver on behalf of our client for a 6-month seasonal role.
This is an annualised hours contract paid monthly, based on Monday to Friday work. Flexibility is required to cover occasional weekends (Rota''d 1 day in every 3-4 weeks rota) and bank holidays. Enhanced rates apply:

• Saturday: Time and a half
• Sunday/Bank Holidays: Double time
• Weekend on call bonus - £50

Key Responsibilities:

• Load vehicles each morning.
• Carry out domestic and commercial customer deliveries - where you will need to fill customer tanks.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects
• Ensure legal compliance with driving hours, tachographs, and safety standards
• Deliver gas safely and accurately to customer sites
• Maintain clear communication with planners about delivery progress
• Ensure all ADR documentation, signage, and safety procedures are followed
• Participate in a rotating on-call weekend/bank holiday rota (approx. 1 in every 3-4 weeks)
• Report competitor activity and maintain high customer service standards

Requirements:

• Full UK Class 2 licence
• ADR licence (Core, Tanks andamp; Class 2)
• Max 6 penalty points (no DDs)
• Solid understanding of Health andamp; Safety practices
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently and under pressure
