Armstrong Knight are currently partnered with a market leading Property education organisation based in the City Centre area of Manchester. The company provides support, educates, empowers, and provides services to property investors around the UK. Due to expansions within the company and their IT function, they are currently looking for an experienced and lively IT project manager. 3-5 years'' experience within a similar role is required.Responsibilities

Strategy and technology roadmap: Laying out the long-term strategy for how technology will be used to enhance the services we offer our clients and the systems we use to support our growth. Analysing potential uses of new technology to help influence the direction of the group.Operational: Gathering requirements from across the business for systems enhancements, especially around Salesforce and connected platforms. Confidently planning and delivering individual technology projects to tight deadlines. Ensuring external partners and internal teams are working effectively and have everything they need to do so. Looking at lean business process design, project documentation and administration, fitting the project delivery process to the project, technology, and teams involved. Analysing existing systems to understand how best to report on organisational KPIs, and for where enhancements to systems and processes need to be made. Thorough testing of internal tools and customer facing systems.Technical: Good technical knowledge with Salesforce will be required as you will be working with it nearly on a day to day basis.Contact: 01702 567 302
