This is an exciting opportunity to join a business in an early growth phase, where change is frequent and innovation is encouraged.Your new role Supporting income accuracy and financial control across the wider businessCompleting income reconciliation for adviser and client revenue, ensuring accuracy and completenessInvestigating income discrepancies and liaising with providers to resolve issuesWorking closely with internal stakeholders and external providersHelping to maintain smooth revenue processes and accurate adviser remunerationContributing to strong governance, reporting and audit standardsSupporting the integration of newly acquired businesses into existing finance processesWorking with back-office systems such as Intelliflo, or comparable platforms, to maintain accurate financial and client dataWhat you''ll need to succeed Experience within finance administration, ideally in an IFA or wealth management environmentProven experience carrying out income reconciliation, preferably using Intelliflo, Xplan, Prestwood, or a similar back-office systemHands-on involvement in income reconciliation, investigation of discrepancies, and provider liaisonConfidence analysing financial data and resolving reconciliation issuesStrong Excel skillsHigh attention ..... full job details .....
