Partner managers identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and develop joint GTM plans, which include marketing, sales, enablement and technical integration effortsAs Head of Solution Partnerships, you drive a key part of Talon.One works with global system integrators and digital agencies like Accenture, Deloitte Digital, EPAM and WPP Group.Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you will be responsible for implementing the partner strategy, managing and developing a team of partner managers, and guiding them in building and executing GTM plans. This includes co-selling initiatives, joint service offerings, pipeline development, and co-marketing activities, while tracking and reporting on key metrics and business impact.This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, you will own the decisions, drive the implementation, and be accountable for the outcomes.
