Providing expert legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, PE and venture capital dealsLeading on dealsManaging junior fee earners in the teamWorking closely with the Partners in the Leeds teamTaking an active role in business development

The Successful ApplicantThe successful Corporate Legal Director should have / be;

A qualified solicitor in England and Wales.Already be working as a senior lawyer in a known firmExtensive experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and PE work.Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Ties to LeedsWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salary in the range of £100,000 to £110,000 per annum.26 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.Generous pension scheme with a 5% employer contribution.Performance-based bonus structure.Private health-care coverage.Hybrid working arrangement for improved work-life balance.
