Job Title: Fabric Technician Location: Whitley Bay Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00am - 4:00pm Call-Out: No call-out required - overtime avilable Job Summary: We are looking for a Fabric Technician in Whitley Bay to handle planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring building fabric is well-maintained. This full-time role offers stable hours with no call-out duties. Key Responsibilities: Perform PPM and reactive repairs on doors, windows, ceilings, walls, and flooring. Minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. Follow health and safety guidelines. Keep accurate records of completed tasks. Requirements: Experience in fabric maintenance or similar role. Basic skills in building repairs, carpentry, and plumbing. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
