Job Description

We\''re looking for an Oracle CLOUD Core HR /Payroll Technical Architect to support CLOUD Core HR / Payroll modules for UK public sector clients. You\''ll need expert knowledge of UK Core HR / Payroll processes and proven experience with Oracle Core HR / Payroll guiding and supporting projects and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.

Your role is to:

Conduct workshops to familiarize the client team with the cloud functionality and understand the project requirements.

Lead the Payroll and Absences modules and provide a solution which fits in with the phase 1 functionality.

Work with the offshore team to complete the build and system testing.

Conduct CRP, key user training and establish the future process flow.

Provide functional support to data migration, reports and interfaces.

As an Oracle CLOUD Consultant , you\''ll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients and supporting existing solutions. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle CLOUD HCM modules, specifically Payroll and Absence for the UK public sector.

You\''ll need a deep understanding of all UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes, backed by practical experience with Oracle CLOUD Core HR / Payroll in the UK public sector.

You\''ll also lead client engagements, discussing integrations, transitioning from current system and reporting across relevant modules.

A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management.

You\''ll provide necessary support and guidance to existing solution.
