This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled welder to work with advanced Miller welding machines and contribute to the production of high-quality components for a range of sectors including military, broadcast, medical, and industrial industries.As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for performing precision welding on materials like stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel, ensuring that all welding tasks meet production and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Carry out TIG welding on a variety of materials, including 1.2 - 1.5mm stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.Operate Miller welding machines (e.g., Syncrowave, Dynasty, or similar) with full knowledge of settings, modes, and capabilities.Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.Prepare materials before welding, including cutting, grinding, and cleaning.Visually inspect welds and use measuring tools to ensure compliance with standards and identify any defects.Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment, reporting technical issues as needed.Adhere to strict health and safety ..... full job details .....
