The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and introducing appropriate legal services and solutions. You will play a key role in supporting business growth while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting prospective clients and handling inbound enquiries
• Building strong relationships and maintaining client engagement
• Explaining legal products and services clearly and professionally
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
• Updating customer information accurately on internal systems
• Collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure excellent client service

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented attitude
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Experience within the legal sector is beneficial but not essential
