Paralegal Clams Handler Our client is an established international insurance company. They are looking for a paralegal claims handler to join their in-house team team handling a wide variety of civil litigation claims.Role OverviewYou will join an existing team which focusses on civil litigation claims. This includes property disputes, contract disputes, nuisance, construction and landlord/tenant claims. You will deal with the claim from inception to finish with a focus on assessing coverage, prospects of success and proportional cost handling of the claim.The role will require someone with a solid background in civil litigation and legal experience/training.Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have some prior experience working in a legal claims setting with a knowledge of civil litigation. As a guide you will have 12 months experience working on civil litigation claims.Further training on policy coverage and interpretation will be given. Prior experience in an insurance setting would be an advantage but not essential.
