The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of permanent recruitment processes and the relationship building skills needed to meet our clients'' staffing requirements.What will your day-to-day look like?You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for high volume, permanent blue collar roles. This includes advertising vacancies, talent pooling, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing offers.
