Are you enthusiastic about helping children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) thrive£ We are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools in Elstree, providing one-to-one support and tailored learning experiences that make a real difference every day.

What Youandrsquo;ll Do:

• Support pupils with a variety of SEND needs, assisting their learning and personal growth
• Help deliver individual education plans (IEPs) and bespoke learning activities
• Encourage confidence, independence, and essential life skills
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to monitor progress and adapt strategies
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere

Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children with SEND (including SEMH, autism, or other additional needs) is desirable but not essential
• Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping children succeed
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and wellbeing
• A full driving licence is preferred to assist with travel between sites if needed
