Ealing is seeking a visible, strategic and operational leader who can shape how housing demand services are delivered across the borough, ensuring residents receive timely, effective support and that homelessness is prevented wherever possible. Reporting directly to the Strategic Director of Housing and Environment, you will lead a significant portfolio with responsibility for operational performance, strategic development, financial management and cross council collaboration.
