You’ll be managing a Secondary Schools desk, building strong relationships with both schools and candidates. This market is thriving, and we need someone who’s ready to take ownership, drive growth, and make their mark.We’re a proudly independent education recruitment agency with a creative, people-first approach. Principal Consultant , you’ll step into a 360° role with a clear progression path — whether you aim to become a Managing Consultant or the top biller in your team.
