Operating in the SaaS space, the organisation has a fantastic leadership team and a remote-first working approach. About the role: A senior paralegal role reporting directly into the Head of Legal, supporting the broader business including the international sales teams. You will review and support in negotiating a broad range of contracts, including client ToBs, NDAs and technology agreements, while assisting in identifying and mitigating contractual risk. You will also support in keeping the business compliant with data protection policies and regulation. You will come into the London office when required, but otherwise be able to work remotely. The position does not entail a future training contract. About you: Candidates must have at least two years commercial paralegal experience, and must have worked in-house in fast-paced tech environments in the UK.
