We''re seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to deliver statutory mental health and social care duties, support colleagues, and manage duty on a rota basis. This role includes supervisory responsibilities and oversight of complex cases within a multi-disciplinary framework.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete Care Act assessments, Safeguarding Adult S42 enquiries, and Mental Capacity Assessments.Prepare Social Circumstances Tribunal reports and contribute to Court of Protection work (including Schedule 21A challenges).Manage a duty system, supervise junior staff, and ensure timely interventions.Work collaboratively with health partners and maintain accurate case records on MOSAIC and NHS systems.Essential RequirementsQualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.Substantial statutory experience in mental health social work.Ability to manage duty systems and provide supervision.IT proficiency (MOSAIC and health systems experience desirable).Strong knowledge of Care Act 2014, MCA 2005, MHA 1983 (2007), and Human Rights Act 1998.AMHP qualification desirable but not essential.Working ..... full job details .....
