Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of careAdminister all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policyEnsure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionalsReport any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessaryQualifications

Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PinProven experience of working in a care settingA good team playerWell-developed time management and leadership skillsAble to show a can-do attitude alwaysBenefits and compensation

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £22.27 per hour and the annual salary is up to £55,585.92 per annum.
