This is a 12-month fixed-term contract supporting a busy HR team and providing expert advice to managers and employees on a range of HR matters.The successful candidate will manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management, while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policies. You will support investigations, attend HR meetings, prepare documentation, and work closely with managers to provide practical HR guidance.You will also lead and assist with recruitment processes, restructuring activities, TUPE transfers, and wider HR projects.
