This role is crucial in shaping and delivering managed networking services for our customers, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.You will be responsible for designing end-to-end managed service architectures, supporting pre-sales and delivery teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of service offerings.Key Responsibilities:Design and document managed network service solutions (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, cloud networking, etc.)Translate business and technical requirements into high-level service architecture and operational models.Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, delivery, and sales to define service components, SLAs, and support models.Define service onboarding processes, operational procedures, and transition plans.Support RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and workshops as a subject matter expert (SME).Ensure alignment of the service architecture with ITIL principles, security best practices, and compliance requirements.Engage with vendors and technology partners as needed to shape service capabilities.Contribute to the development of service catalogues, runbooks, and tooling strategies.Bottom of FormECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment ..... full job details .....
