We''re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Derby (DE13). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working directly with the Commercial Director, supporting large-scale infrastructure projects while independently managing smaller ones from start to finish.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the commercial management of major retaining wall and gabion projects
• Taking ownership of smaller projects, managing the full project lifecycle
• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Monitoring project progress, variations, and valuations
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and financial procedures
• Learning from experienced professionals in a supportive environment

What We''re Looking For:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Derby
• Interest in civil engineering and structural landscaping is a plus
