Sales Administrator

Our client, a growing and dynamic company based near Tadley, Hampshire, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their friendly and professional team on a full-time, permanent basis. Please note: Due to the rural location of the office, reliable transport is essential. This is an office-based role working Monday Friday. Key duties: Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers. Preparing and sending tailored quotations based on client needs. Following up on quotes to help convert opportunities into sales. Processing customer orders accurately and coordinating with the logistics team. Responding to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or CRM. Maintaining a high level of service and support for all customers. Qualifying leads and assisting in turning them into active sales opportunities. Keeping the CRM system updated with all customer interactions and sales activity. Assisting with sales reports, forecasting, and updating the sales pipeline. Taking part in team meetings and ongoing sales training.
