This is a high-impact role designed to strengthen treasury leadership during a period of strategic change and ongoing transformation.The role is fully remote, with travel to London only required on an ad hoc basis for business-critical meetings.Key Responsibilities Lead treasury operations and strategy, including liquidity management, FX exposure, debt structuring, and bank relationships.Oversee short- and long-term cash forecasting and working capital management.Ensure compliance with treasury policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate closely with Finance, FPandamp;A, Investor Relations, and Executive leadership to guide decision-making and support business planning.Support the implementation of treasury improvements and advise on system upgrades where required.Provide robust reporting for leadership and Board-level visibility on treasury performance and risks.
