This position sits within a specialist serious injury team, working with clients who have suffered traumatic events and require exceptional levels of support, care, and expertise.You will be able to work in a London hub or fully remote.Client DetailsYou will independently manage a caseload of serious injury claims typically valued between £150,000 and £5 million+, predominantly arising from road traffic accidents. Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will also provide mentorship to colleagues and contribute to the continued growth and strategic development of the department.DescriptionManage and progress your own caseload of complex, high-value serious injury claims.Deliver outstanding client care, maintaining strong and empathetic relationships through regular communication and meetings.Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary experts including medical specialists, case managers, architects, forensic accountants, and counsel.Draft high-quality legal documentation such as witness statements, pleadings, and schedules of loss.Secure early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation support for clients.Lead and mentor members of the client case team, conducting reviews, providing guidance, and supporting their development.Support the implementation of new processes and best practice ..... full job details .....
