Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, qualified OHA, to take on a new challenge, and join a large and well-respected business in South Wales. We are working with a business to source an Occupational Health Advisor with Leisure and Brewing experience to work at their site in South Wales. Our client is interested in applications from experienced OHA''s, with an OH qualification, and with a wide experience in all aspects of OHA practice, in particular sickness absence and wellbeing. You must have a UK driving licence and your own car. It would be beneficial to be on Part 3 of the register but not essential. The role involves 60% case management and 40% wellbeing. This is a newly created role so you will be tasked with setting up a brand-new wellbeing programme for the business. You will therefore need to be a dynamic worker with the capacity to manage both aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Department of Health, HandS and other guidelines/legislationAdvise, monitor, and assess clinical practice of the OH teamAssess, plan, implement, deliver and evaluate programmes of careWork with divisional directors/managers to implement company objectivesRecognise the development needs of junior, or less experienced staff, take appropriate action and maintain and monitor any training plansExplore and develop further OH business opportunities
