Agricultural Technical Support Technician (Southern England) at MSD Animal Health UK Ltd.The role involves post-sales support for livestock monitoring equipment, conducting site surveys, coordinating and delivering installations, training users on hardware and software, and coordinating responses to post-sales issues to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities

Lead on all post-sales aspects for our range of livestock intelligence equipment (monitoring, milking, reading and weighing)Completion and review of site surveys for monitoring equipmentCoordination and approval of installationsIn person onboarding of new users of the equipmentCoordination of post-sales issues to ensure an efficient resolution and positive experience for the customerMaintain Salesforce CRM with work orders and customer interactionsRegular contact with colleagues in the local regional team (sales and veterinary)Skills / Qualifications
