About Us Cygnet Health Care was established in 1988 as an independent provider of health and social care services in England, Scotland and Wales. Your Role Summary of the site Cygnet Woking is a 94 bedded hospital with a variety of different wards, including locked rehab, low secure services, acute services and a female PICU. We have a designated qualified OT and OTA on each ward as well as Activity Coordinators supporting the activities around the hospital. We are currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Occupational Therapy Team to support recovery and rehabilitation activities in the integrated care pathway at Cygnet. You will mainly be working on the Male high dependency rehabilitation ward but there will be some crossover and opportunity for rotation as you progress within the role The Occupational Therapy Assistant role involves planning and implementing therapeutic activities appropriate to the needs, choices and interests of individuals in our care, under the supervision and guidance of a qualified Occupational Therapist.
