I''m working with a highly regarded construction consultancy in London that''s looking to add an MRICS Building Surveyor to its growing team. This is a role packed with variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work on some of the capital''s most interesting buildings.

With a strong pipeline of work across high-end residential, commercial offices, education, and heritage sectors, this consultancy offers a genuinely supportive environment where career development is encouraged and flexibility is part of the culture.

The Role:

• Undertake building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, and project delivery
• Manage your own projects from initial instruction to completion
• Liaise directly with clients, providing clear, practical advice
• Opportunity to mentor junior surveyors (if that''s something you enjoy)

What I''m Looking For:

• MRICS-qualified (or very close to it)
• Broad Building Surveying experience across both professional and project services
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Comfortable working across Central London and nearby areas
