This role is ideal for someone confident managing a wide range of ER matters and able to quickly step into a fast-paced environment.You''ll play a key part in delivering high-quality ER support to managers and employees, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice and guidance to managers on a full range of ER issues, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and informal matters.Lead and support with casework from end to end, ensuring timely progression and accurate documentation.Work with HR and operational leaders to promote best practice, policy compliance, and early resolution approaches.Support managers with note-taking, investigation meetings, and hearing preparation where required.Ensure all advice aligns with employment legislation and internal policies.Maintain accurate records and produce reports on ER activity and trends.Contribute to process improvements and help strengthen ER capability within the organisation.About YouWe''re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with strong ER expertise.
