This is a full-time, permanent position no contractors, please.This is a hands-on role, suited to an engineer with strong PLC programming skills and a background in special purpose machinery, factory automation, or systems integration. You ll work on bespoke projects across a range of industries, delivering everything from initial control concepts to full installations. Key Responsibilities Design and program PLC/HMI/SCADA systems (Allen Bradley / Siemens) Configure industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, ProfiNET) Oversee project lifecycles concept, design, build, install, support Collaborate with internal teams and panel builders Site installation, commissioning and support Travel within the UK and occasionally overseas (usually short trips) Mentor junior engineers where applicable Essential Requirements Proven experience in industrial control systems / manufacturing automation PLC programming from scratch (Allen Bradley and Siemens) Experience with Ethernet/IP and ProfiNET networks UK driving licence (max 3 points) British or EU passport holder (must be able to travel freely to USA/Canada) No criminal ..... full job details .....
