Mobile Commercial Tyre Fitter / HGV Tyre Technician / Truck Tyre Engineer / Roadside Tyre Operative / Commercial Wheel Service Technician


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Tyre Professional to join our well-established team, providing mobile truck tyre services from our depot in Coleshill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, delivers exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Package

• Salary: £33,637 per annum overtime bonus
• On Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000 – £60,000 per annum (Uncapped)
• Holiday: 28 days (including Bank Holidays)
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Saturday (compulsory): 8:00am – 12:30pm
• Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out mobile truck tyre fitting, including roadside assistance and out-of-hours callouts.
• Deliver high standards of workmanship and ensure accurate completion of all relevant paperwork.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards on every job.
• Handle manual loading and unloading of tyres.
• Operate in compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.
• Manage tasks effectively in a busy and sometimes demanding environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in commercial tyre fitting (including roadside work).
• NTDA REACT training (preferred).
• Ability to work confidently alone and manage workload effectively.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible approach, with willingness to work overtime and participate in call-outs.
