Key Details Role: Local Housing Manager - Retirement Living Location: Scott Evans Court, Lowndes Way, Winslow, Bucks, MK18 3EPPay rate: 18.40 per hour (PAYE) Umbrella rate is available Contract: Temporary (sickness cover) until end of July, potential extension Hours: Between 8-6, Open to part-time candidates (minimum 3 days per week) Travel: May be required to cover nearby schemes - full UK driving licence and access to a car essential The Role is a varied, customer-facing position at the heart of a retirement living scheme, supporting older residents to live independently while ensuring the building is safe, compliant, and well managed.
