You will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. Role DescriptionManage production output for the shift potentially across multiple departments, ensure daily targets are achieved by the teamManage stock levels within the departmentHealth and Safety Management; ensure that staff are working safely in lie with SOP''s (Standard Operating Procedures) and wearing required PPE where requiredEnsure production quality is to the highest standard, quality audits/remake managementPlanning daily schedules, organising staff resourcing and escalating any issues that may arise, when requiredResponsible for informing and expediting critical data. This will cover labour, machines and materials as well as line balancing, reporting any issues to your line manager.Carrying out performance reviews with staff and returns to works, ensuring that any absence issues are reported to supervisors dailyAttend daily production and shift handover meetings, escalating any urgent orders checking 1st and 2nd runsManaging the training matrix, carryout regular reviews, arranging cross training to ensure a fully flexible workforceReview ..... full job details .....
