With over 30 years of expertise, the company designs and manufactures specialist machinery for the bakery, confectionery, and chilled food sectors, including bespoke depositing systems and processing lines. The Role: This is a key leadership position overseeing the CNC Workshop, Assembly, and Finishing departments. You will manage a team of 8 and take responsibility for production planning, CAM programming, process optimisation, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CNC machining and a proactive approach to team leadership and continuous improvement.
