ABA Tutor role supporting SEN pupils

Full-time, permanent position with the school

September 2025 start

Salary: £22,500 - £23,000 per annum , dependent on experience and qualifications

Work collaboratively with SEN coordinators, teaching staff, and therapists to deliver personalised ABA interventions

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience or strong interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)

Understanding of SEN challenges

in children, particularly autism and related needs

Patient, empathetic, and skilled in implementing behaviour support plans

Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Willingness to learn, develop, and adapt ABA techniques to individual needs

Commitment to ongoing professional development

in ABA and SEN
