Chef ChineseProven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie/Sous Chef / Chef Chinese in a busy, quick service kiosk environment.A passion for South East Asian cuisine (experience in this is a bonus!).Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent understanding of food hygiene, health, and safety standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team DevelopmentAssist the Head Chef to manage, train, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food.Ensure a smooth, efficient kitchen operation while maintaining the highest standards of service and profitability.Operational ExcellenceAssisting the Head Chef in overseeing mise en place preparation and ensure dishes are cooked and presented to company standards.Ensure all team members follow food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.Manage stock, inventory, and cost control measures to maintain profitability.Create and manage rotas to ensure consistent service.Your Skills:Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various Southeast Asian cooking methods - stir-fry, steam, braise, grill, fried.Skilled with wok and all other kitchen equipment and utensils.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Chew-On-This is a fast-growing, dynamic UK-based food and beverage Group with 8 restaurant brands spanning across UK and we are on the hunt for a talented
