Competitive Salary We''re seeking an exceptional and forward-thinking Head of Performance and Insights to lead Peabody''s strategic performance management and reporting function. This is a pivotal role responsible for embedding Peabody''s redesigned Performance Management Framework and driving a culture where data-led insight informs decision-making at every level of the organisation. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will act as a trusted strategic partner - shaping how performance is measured, interpreted, and communicated across the Group. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality, timely and insightful performance reporting for our Executive Team, Group Board, and key governance forums, ensuring we continue to meet regulatory requirements and remain at the forefront of sector practice. This is an exciting opportunity to influence organisational performance at scale and play a central role in strengthening transparency, insight, and accountability across one of London''s largest housing associations. What You''ll Lead Deployment of Peabody''s Group Strategic Performance Framework, ensuring organisational-wide alignment and engagement. Delivery of accurate, insightful and timely performance reports for senior leaders, governance forums and regulatory bodies. Development of meaningful KPIs that drive strategic and operational performance.
