Construction Litigation Lawyer (3–6 PQE) at IDEX Consulting Ltd. London-based with international reach; offices in London, Hong Kong, and Dubai. You will work with a dedicated team advising on complex, high-value construction and engineering disputes worldwide for contractors, government bodies, developers, funders, and public authorities.What You’ll Do

Advise on complex disputes involving energy, transport, power, infrastructure, retail, commercial, leisure, and utilities sectorsDraft, review and negotiate high-stakes legal documentation with precision and strategic insightContribute to business development initiatives and client seminarsLiaise directly with clients under the supervision of experienced partnersWork on both UK-based and international matters (experience in international disputes is a plus, but not essential)What We’re Looking For

A qualified solicitor (England and Wales or Antipodean equivalent) with solid experience in contentious construction mattersDeep knowledge of construction law and understanding of relevant procedures and industry contracts (e.g. NEC, JCT, FIDIC)Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starting attitudeExcellent drafting, legal research, and analytical skillsStrong client-facing skills and a collaborative team spiritResilience, adaptability, and commercial awarenessA passion for contributing to a growing and highly regarded teamWhy Join Us
