We need a full time Family Support Worker for an incredible project run by a local housing association. Salary range: 26,500 to 28,200 Permanent Contract35 hours per week Working across 2 projects based in CardiffGood holiday entitlement Working pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 9am to 5pm Wednesday - 11am to 7pm What will you do? Provide support to those who are facing housing issues Assist with complex needs - like substance misuse, mental health and significant traumaThis is not a care role, you will not be involved in personal care Advice, guidance, emotional and practical support Be there to listen, understand and provide links to other servicesWorking with other agencies, services and charities To be compassionate, non-judgemental and proactive What do we need?
