Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored one-to-one support to a specific pupil. Implement and assist with individual education plans (IEPs) and learning strategies. Foster the pupil''s independence and confidence in the classroom. Support the pupil''s social and emotional development. Assist the class teacher with general classroom duties.
