The business operates multiple payrolls across the world and has recently established a global Shared Service Centre (SSC) in the UK. The programme is already in good shape, with the design work completed and a global payroll partner selected. They are now looking for a senior transformation specialist to lead the transition of all regional payrolls into the SSC and ensure a smooth, controlled migration. This is a critical leadership role within a complex, multinational environment, requiring deep payroll expertise, strong programme oversight, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
