Job Title: Events Manager 6 Month Initial Contract Central London based working on a hybrid basis £22.79 per hour Agency PAYE + Holiday Pay £30.79 per hour on a Umbrella Company Basis. £43,374 Annual Equivalent Are you an experienced events professional with a passion for creating meaningful engagement opportunities? As an Events Manager for this Higher Education Provider you will independently manage a portfolio of bespoke and exclusive events that strengthen relationships with alumni, donors, advocates, and volunteers. Key Responsibilities Event Management: Plan, deliver, and evaluate events, including online, hybrid, and in-person formats. Support the planning and delivery of international events and annual receptions. Work with fundraisers, alumni relations, communications, and donor relations teams to produce engaging event content. Manage guest lists, liaise with suppliers, book venues, catering, A/V, and oversee event execution. Post-Event Follow-Up and analysis The ideal candidate will be highly organised and detail-oriented professional with: Proven experience in managing fundraising-related or alumni events from start to finish. Proven experience in Event Management Strong stakeholder management skills Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, balancing competing priorities.
