Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and optimize the portfolio of projects/programs to ensure alignment with business strategy and goals. Define and maintain portfolio governance frameworks, policies, and reporting structures. Monitor portfolio performance, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring value delivery. Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs. Identify risks, dependencies, and issues across the portfolio, recommending corrective actions. Provide regular portfolio dashboards and reports to executives and stakeholders. Partner with project managers and business leaders to ensure consistent delivery standards. Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management practices and tools. Required Skills and Experience: 8 12+ years of experience in project/program/portfolio management, preferably in IT or BFSI sectors.
