This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion - all while delivering outstanding client care and ensuring compliance throughout. ? Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files - including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, remortgages, and transfers of equity.Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.Draft and review contracts, title documents, and legal reports.Conduct searches, raise/respond to enquirers, and provide timely updates to clients.Ensure full compliance with AML, CQS, and other regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate file management and high standards of legal service delivery. ?
