You will play a key role in supporting children and young people in care, ensuring their safety, stability, and positive outcomes through high-quality social work practice.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of children we look after, ensuring all statutory responsibilities are met.Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with legislation and local policies.Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and carers.Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners including education, health, and legal services.Ensure all children have up-to-date care plans, pathway plans, and risk assessments.Prepare clear, concise reports for court proceedings and statutory reviews where required.Advocate for children and young people to ensure their voices are heard in decision-making processes.Maintain accurate and timely case recordings in line with professional standards.Requirements:Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work degree or equivalent.Registered with Social Work England.Proven experience working within a Children We Look After or Looked After Children (LAC) team.Strong ..... full job details .....
