Requirements as a new homes sales negotiator:

• 2-5 years of New Homes Experience
• Good local area knowledge
• Flexible approach

What we offer for a new homes sales negotiator:

• 25,000 - 30,000 basic + commission
• Opportunity to earn up to 65,000
• On-site parking
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays
