Production Finance Assistant

Acorn by Synergie are looking for a experienced Production Finance Assistant to work within a well-established manufacturer in the Crumlin area. Brief of Role:Production: Raise labels for production Raise Works Orders for production Update production Boards Create new product records Housekeeping of manufacturing system Finance: Raise customer delivery notes Raise customer sales invoices Send Customer statements Process supplier invoices, matched with GRN''s Supplier statement reconciliations Manage External Pallet account Produce and Enter monthly stock take details Process customer and supplier payments Manage online spending accounts General administrative duties are also part of this role, to be discussed during interview Key Requirements: Excellent telephone manner Good knowledge of Excel and Word Knowledge of Sage 50 and CIM50, but not essential Ability to liaise with customers and suppliersTo Note: in addition to these duties, employees are required to carry out such other general duties as may be reasonably required.
