What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

£ Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
£ Experience working with young children, ideally in an Early Years setting
£ Patience, reliability, and a compassionate approach
£ Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated team player
£ Passion for supporting childrenandrsquo;s development and learning

Key Responsibilities:

£ Work closely with teachers to support Early Years learning in class
£ Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with additional needs
£ Foster a calm, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
£ Support childrenandrsquo;s social, emotional, and academic development
£ Participate in professional development and school events
